Each OFRW club must submit a completed 2024 OFRW Officer Roster along with the $15 NFRW club administrative fee by December 15, 2023 (deadline is one month earlier than last year).
Clubs may complete and submit their roster via the online form below or download the 2024 OFRW Officer Roster (Blank) excel spreadsheet to complete and mail to:

Clubs who complete their club roster can either send a check for the $15 NFRW club administrative fee to the address listed above or can use the payment link below to pay their fee. Click “Pay Now” link below to pay.
PLEASE NOTE: Beginning this year, Paypal payments will automatically include an additional 50 cents charge added to cover the 3% credit card fee. Total will be $15.50.
